Assuredly, a bitter sweet chocolate is familiar to anyone, but the beautiful clusters of cocoa flowers, colorful cocoa fruits, especially sweet and sour cocoa smoothies have not been experienced by many people.

Literally, I just had an amazing family trip to Buon Me Thuat last week which brought up my freshness and memories behind my closest family members. Besides, there are many new things to enhance my experiences such as entering a cocoa garden which is only such a laboratory one for variety cocoa trees.
Buon Me Thuot, a city in Daklak province where is one of the largest cocoa, coffee even rice producing places in my country. Besides you can drink coffee the entire day, as well taste cocoa smoothie which is new to you, I am sure.
To be honest, it was so invigorating because of a large green garden in a scorching summer when I accessed into. There are some types of cocoa fruits that we recognized by their colors such as red, green, yellow even they were ripe or not which also taste differently.

As everyone knows, chocolate powder is made from cocoa seeds, however I am sure, it is so scrumptious when drinking cocoa smoothies which are made from the white cover of cocoa seeds. Fortunately, people in Buon Me Thuot noticed how to make it with a little condensed milk which is merged by fresh sweet and sour savor.
